What is Body of F.I.R.E.

What is Resistance Cardio?
Resistance cardio are exercises or drills that burn fat, increase cardio and build endurance strength simultaneously. The only equipment needed to perform the routines are a set of dumbbells, or kettle bells, and a jump rope.
The program is intense and you can perform it at home, outside or at the gym. So there is never any reason miss your workout routine.
